How long is each Camp?

All Camps are four weeks of unlimited sessions, Monday through Saturday, and each workout session is one hour. We ask that all new Campers arrive 10 - 15 minutes early on your first workout to check-in and meet your Trainer.

Who can attend?

CG is for all fitness levels!  It's a go at your own pace workout designed for men and women of all ages and abilities.  We have everyone from collegiate athletes to 75 year old grandparents who do our program.  Your Trainer will know how to motivate, push and accommodate all different fitness levels.  So, don't be intimidated-- everyone can do it!

What types of workouts will I experience?

CG is a full body functional workout program that combines strength plus cardio in every 60 minute session.  Each workout is different and each week we focus on something different: endurance training, functional movements, interval training, and metabolic conditioning.  The workouts are challenging but fun and it's always a positive environment.  

What do I need to bring?

Bring water, towel, mat and dumbbells to each workout. A CG Mat is highly recommended because it is designed for outdoor use and is much more comfortable than the typical fitness mat.  You can purchase a CG Mat hereIf you do not have a mat or dumbbells for your first workout, no worries, your Trainer will have extra.  

What if I have an injury?

No problem!  Your Trainer can give you modifications if you have an injury that prevents you from doing certain exercises.  Just see them before the workout so that they can help recommend modifications.  

Is Camp ever cancelled due to weather?

We never cancel! Rain, shine, sleet or snow, there will always be a Trainer present to greet you with a big CG smile! Most locations have an alternate spot where they meet if there is inclement weather. See your Trainer for details.

If I am registered in a certain city, can I attend sessions in another city or state?

Of course! We encourage you to experience as many of the unlimited sessions as possible nationwide.

What Camp do I register for if I want to sign up on BOLD?

As a BOLD Camper, you are paying on a monthly basis. As soon as you register, you can start attending workouts immediately.

Can I sign up for BOLD at Camp or online?

Yes, you can sign up with a Trainer at Camp or online here! 

What is BOLD?

BOLD is Camp Gladiator’s exclusive membership with rewards. Campers who sign up for BOLD receive the best possible deal and additional savings. Campers can choose BOLD 12+, $69 per month for a 12 month minimum commitment, or BOLD 6+, $89 per month for a minimum 6 month commitment. BOLD pricing is based on month to month payments, rather than Camp to Camp.

If my spouse joins Camp Gladiator, will they receive a discount?

Yes. All BOLD campers are eligible for a spouse discount. To receive the discount, both spouses must be active BOLD. The spouse who registers on BOLD second will be charged $35 each month. In order to receive the discount please email customerservice@campgladiator.com to link accounts before purchasing BOLD. Once accounts are linked and both spouses sign up for BOLD, Spouse B will receive the discounted rate.

 

Please see example breakdown below:

Spouse A: Camper that was registered first for BOLD; Spouse A will pay full price each month based on current BOLD level

Spouse B: Camper that was registered second for BOLD; Spouse B will pay the new low price of $35 each month. Spouse B will only be charged full price if Spouse A cancels their account. Spouse B will then assume Spouse A and pay full price. All account credits (friend credits, billing credits, etc.) will reduce spouse B payment from $35 starting place.

*Corporate partnership discounts cannot be applied to spouse B.

How do I log into my account if I can’t remember my password?

If you need to reset your password please follow the “Forgot Password” link located below the sign in button. A temporary password will be generated and emailed to you. You may change your password to one that is more convenient for you to remember after you log back into your account by clicking the Edit Profile link on your account menu.

How do I get my PIN so I can check-in at camp?

The PIN number is a four digit security code created for CG accounts. You will need this security code to check-in at camp. You may change your PIN at any time by logging into your CG account and clicking on Edit Profile link from your account menu.

How can I add or update credit card information on my CG account?

There are a number of options to update your billing information.

  • Access your CG account by clicking here and edit your billing profile with your updated payment method, under Billing in the account menu.
  • Create a payment profile while purchasing a camp by clicking on “Add Card” and completing the billing information fields
  • Update your billing profile directly at camp with your Trainer

Can I get a refund for my Camp purchase?

We encourage you to make the most of your purchase, as all Camp purchases are final and non-refundable.

When will my payment date be if I am BOLD?

If you decide to upgrade to BOLD during a camp that you have already paid for then your payment draft date becomes the date of that camp’s Monday of BOLD Week. For example, if you upgrade during the January camp (Jan 4 – Jan 30) that was paid for on December 17, then you will not be charged for your first month until February 1 (Monday of BOLD Week). All future draft dates will be the 1st of every month.

 

If you sign up for BOLD and have not paid for the current camp, then you will be charged immediately. That date will become your draft date for all future charges. For example, if you enroll in BOLD online on January 13, then all future draft dates will be the 13th of every month.

Can I change the day my payment is due?

If you are BOLD, you will have the ability to change your draft date as long as you have paid and want to move your draft date to an earlier date. For example, if your payment is due on the 28th you are able to change your draft date to the 25th. You will then be charged on the 25th of every month moving forward.

Why doesn’t the website work for me?

To have the best experience on our website we recommend using a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer does not provide a consistent experience to our campers and we recommend using another browser.
