3. How CG Enforces these Community Guidelines

The following guidelines are intended to ensure that CG Camps or events remain a safe and welcoming community for everyone. These Community Guidelines form a part of your agreement with CG and your right to access and participate in CG workouts.

1. Be Respectful

At CG, we believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Our Campers and Trainers’ actions should reflect CG’s five core values: Integrity, Loyalty, Positivity, Teamwork, and Passion. Our core values apply to everyone as does our firm belief that  everyone deserves to feel supported and welcomed.

Physical Contact

CG has a zero-tolerance policy for unwanted touching or physical contact of any kind. That is why it is critically important to know what each person’s boundaries are and to respect those boundaries. Trainers and Campers should always ask for permission before engaging in any physical contact with someone else, no matter how innocent or trivial such contact is intended to be.

Sexual Harassment, Assault & Misconduct

CG’s zero-tolerance policy extends to any sexual harassment, assault, or misconduct of any kind at Camp or CG Events. This includes any behavior or comments that does or could make people reasonably uncomfortable such as physical contact, remarks, innuendos, jokes or similar behavior. This also applies to any behavior or comments that occur whether in person or online.  Any complaints will be directed to our legal counsel to take appropriate action.

CG reserves the right to take any appropriate action in response to behavior or comments that is disruptive, poses a credible threat to others, or that reasonably makes others uncomfortable.

Threatening or Rude Behavior

Our zero-tolerance policies also apply to aggressive, harassing, disparaging, disrespectful, threatening, or rude behavior of any kind whatsoever. As such, participants  should avoid using language or gestures that others may reasonably perceive as disrespectful, inappropriate, rude, or threatening at all times.

Discrimination

At CG, we prohibit any kind of discrimination.  This includes discriminating against someone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, marital status, disability, religion, age, or any other characteristic protected by law. CG does not deny services to anyone based on these characteristics.

Drugs and Alcohol

Using drugs and alcohol during Camp or showing up intoxicated to Camp is prohibited.  If you are attending a CG Event where alcoholic drinks will be served, please keep in mind that you are still participating in the CG Community and should refrain from becoming visibly intoxicated or acting belligerent, rowdy, disruptive, harassing, abusive, or in a way that poses a safety risk to someone else.

Illegal Activity

Our zero-tolerance policies apply to any suspected fraud or illegal activities by Campers that are directed toward others in the CG Community or that disrupt or negatively affect the Camp experience.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your agreement with CG in our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect that you have, are or intend to commit any illegal activities.

2. Reporting Suspected Violations: Camper Ratings

After every camp, Campers have the option to give their Trainer a rating on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, as well as provide feedback on how the Camp went. These ratings help to create transparency by giving each Trainer and location an honest rating.

3. How CG Enforces these Community Guidelines

Where it is determined that a person has violated, or may have violated, these Community Guidelines, CG may suspend or terminate the person’s membership agreement in its sole discretion, and they may no longer be allowed to participate in CG Camps or Events.

4. Conclusion

We believe that Camp Gladiator is an amazing community.  We want to do everything we can to protect this community and to continue positively impacting the physical fitness and ultimately the lives of as many people as possible.  You can help make our community better by following these Community Guidelines and bringing your best self when participating in the CG Community!
