You Asked For It… BOLD Week Updates!
We have simplified BOLD Week to give you MORE of what you asked for! BOLD Week will now offer two types of workouts: regular CG workouts (notated in red on the BOLD schedule) and CG recovery workouts (notated in blue on the BOLD schedule). It’s up to YOU which type of workout you want to attend! CG recovery workouts will now be 30 minutes of a light CG style workout (lower intensity) followed by 30 minutes of some form of recovery (stretching, foam rolling, or mobility). Use the week to work on your muscle recovery and flexibility or stay focused on your training at a normal CG workout. Check out the BOLD Week updates!
