Best Practices for Finding a Virtual Workout

We’re so excited for you to get started! Check out the details below on how to access our 1,500+ LIVE workouts and our on-demand library. First thing: make sure that you’re actively enrolled in Camp! You will not be able to do a live or on-demand workout unless your registration is currently LIVE!

Live Workouts:

There are two ways to view and join a live workout!

  1. Mobile Device or Tablet: Find & join your selected workout through the CG App

  2. Computer: Find & join your selected workout through the Live Workouts tab

Mobile Device or Tablet Access Tips:

  1. Download the CG App (

    App Store

    or

    Google Play

    ) on your device then log in to your CG account using your phone number & 4-digit pin to unlock your virtual access!

  2. Click into the "Virtual” section at the bottom, then you can filter workouts by day/time or region!

  3. Once you find the live workout you want to join ...

  • 1st Click: Tap into the specific Camp session

  • 2nd Click: Tap "check in” to track your hard work!

  • 3rd Click: Tap "Join Live” to open Zoom in your mobile’s browser window or within your Zoom application. Get ready to HUSTLE for that MUSCLE!

Computer Access Tips:

  1. Go to your CG account and find the “Live Workouts” tab which displays all active workouts in your current timezone!

  2. To “join a workout” and unlock your virtual access, make sure you’re logged in to your CG account using your phone number & 4-digit pin.

  3. On the "Live Workouts” tab, you can search for a preferred Trainer or filter by day/time, so you can workout on your own schedule!

  4. Once you find the live workout you want to join …

  • 1st Click: Tap "check in” to track your hard work!

  • 2nd Click: Tap "Join Live” to open Zoom in your web browser or within your Zoom desktop application. Get ready to HUSTLE for that MUSCLE!

General Live Workout Tips:

  • You will automatically be muted with your camera off to start the workout. Use the controls in the bottom left corner to opt in to sharing your microphone and/or camera with everyone in the workout. We recommend this for the best experience, as your Trainer will be able to hold you accountable, motivate you, correct form, and provide modifications if needed!

  • Toggle the view in the top right between the ‘Speaker View’ to focus on your Trainer and the ‘Grid View’ to see all your fellow Campers along with your Trainer. This feature is only available on the Zoom phone & computer app, not on the web browser version.

  • Use the chat feature to ask questions or request modifications from your Trainer. They are there to guide you through an amazing workout!

On-Demand Workouts

On-demand workouts are currently only available on the web but can be accessed via any device at

On-Demand Access Tips:

  1. Go to your CG account and find the "On-demand Workouts” tab which displays the on-demand library.

  2. To join a workout, make sure you’re logged in to your CG account using your phone number & 4-digit pin.

  3. On the “On-Demand Workouts” tab, you filter by workout length and week of Camp, so you can choose the workout that’s right for you.

  4. Once you find the live workout you want to join …

  • 1st Clock: Hover over the workout thumbnail and click the play button.

  • 2nd Click: Once you’ve clicked into the workout, press the play button again and get ready to work!

General On-Demand Workout Tips:

  • Check-ins in the on-demand library are AUTOMATIC! This means there is no need to remember to click the button. Once you have completed the majority of a workout, you will see a pop up that we have automatically checked you in.

  • All virtual check-ins are limited to 3 times in 24 hours.
