Equipment Needed: Workout Mat, 10-15 lb. Dumbbells
Starting at 5 reps, complete all 4 exercises in round 1, then increase by 1 rep on each exercise until you finish 10 reps of each exercise. Once you have completed 10 reps of each exercise in round 1, move onto round 2. You will complete 5 reps of all 4 exercises in round 2, then increase by 1 rep each exercise until you finish 10 reps of each exercise.(i.e. Round 1 is complete once you finish 4 reps for all 4 exercises, 5 reps for all 4 exercises, 6 reps for all 4 exercises, 7 reps for all 4 exercises, 8 reps for all 4 exercises, 9 reps for all 4 exercises, 10 reps for all 4 exercises)
Duration: 30 - 45 minutes
Round 1: Push Up to HC Shoulder Tap (i.e. 1 hc shoulder tap per 1 push up) Burpees Mat Bear Crawls V-Ups
Round 2: Dumbbell Snaches (HC) Dumbbell Upright Rows Squat Presses Plank Toe Touches

REACH THE PEAK There are two rounds with 5 exercises in each round. You’ll work as hard as you can to make sure you get that heart rate up! You’ll take a 45-60 second break before You’ll repeat the exercises in each round 3x through. For an added challenge, time yourself each round and try to match or beat your time.
