STRENGTH, AGILITY & MORE STRENGTH

Equipment Needed: Workout Mat, 10-25 lb Dumbbells
 

In this workout, you’ll complete 2 strength exercises, 2 times through before moving on to the agility exercises of the round. Once you’ve completed the agility exercises you’ll go back to the 2 strength exercises and go through them 2 more times. Once completed, move on to round 2. (i.e.) Compound movements performed with heavy weight. Consider using heavier dumbbells or using 2 dumbbells for 1-arm movements.  

Duration: 20-30 minutes

Workout:
 

Round 1
Strength Exercises: (reps are per side) - x2
(7) Reverse Lunge Power Skips - HC
(7) Staggered Push-Ups - HC
Agility Exercises:
(50) Cherry Pickers / (10) Skaters
Repeat with (40) Cherry Pickers / (10) Skaters, (30) Cherry Pickers / (10) Skaters, (20) Cherry Pickers / (10) Skaters (10) Cherry Pickers / (10) Skaters
 
Round 2
Strength Exercises: (reps are per side) - x2
(7) Single Arm Rows - HC (dumbbells needed)
(7) Tempo Push-Ups - HC (3:1 tempo) 
Agility Exercises:
(50) Front Kicks / (10) Johnny C’s
Repeat with (40) Front Kicks / (10) Johnny C’s, (30) Front Kicks / (10) Johnny C’s, (20) Front Kicks / (10) Johnny C’s, (10) Front Kicks / (10) Johnny C’s
