Equipment needed: Workout Mat, 10-25 lb dumbells

Duration: 30 minutes

Workout Description: Work your way down the list of exercises. Once you’ve completed the list, you’ll start from the top and repeat 4 times.

Workout:

Jog for 3 minutes (treadmill or around your neighborhood)
25 Squats
25 Hip Bridges
20 Shoulder taps (HC)
20 Reverse Lunges
15 Bent-Over Rows
15 Push-ups
10 Burpees
