ROUND AND ROUND AND ROUND

Equipment needed: Workout Mat

Duration: 30-40 minutes

Workout Description: Start your timer and switch exercises every 30 seconds. Each round has 4 exercises. After you have completed all 4 exercises, grab your water and take a 30-60 second break before repeating the round. You’ll do each round 4 times before moving on to the next set of exercises.

Round 1
Lateral Jacks 
Mat Shuffles
Lunges (or Lunge Jumps)
Shoulder Taps
 

Round 2
Mountain Climbers
Squat Jumps
Mat Bear Crawls
Fast Jacks

Round 3
Hand Release Push-ups
Lateral Mat Hops 
Johnny Cs
Burpees

Starting at 5 reps, complete all 4 exercises in round 1, then increase by 1 rep on each exercise until you finish 10 reps of each exercise.

There are two rounds with 5 exercises in each round. You’ll work as hard as you can to make sure you get that heart rate up! You’ll take a 45-60 second break before You’ll repeat the exercises in each round 3x through. For an added challenge, time yourself each round and try to match or beat your time.
