You have goals to crush, and we’re not going to let anything stop that! FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, we’re offering two different digital workout options, so you can get your sweat on, wherever you are. Make sure to share sweaty selfies with #HustleFromHome so the CG Community can keep pumping you up!
Facebook Live Workouts
Join us for LIVE workouts during our peak Camp times: 5am CT, 8am CT, and 5:30pm CT from Monday to Friday, and 8am CT on Saturday. Engage with your CG Community, try out different Trainers across CG Nation, AND get an awesome workout in. Plus, you'll earn a check-in - work with your Trainer to get that added! Can't make those times? No sweat!

At-Home Printable Workouts
Rather have a quick, 30-minute workout you can do at your own pace? We have downloadable workouts you can do anywhere, any time. Plus, Trainers will do a quick two-minute walk-through of the workout to introduce the exercises and talk about the form before you get started! We will be adding a new batch every Monday to get you through the week! You may be staying home, but you can still enjoy the benefits of taking it outside!

Take it Outside… in Small Groups!
For now, many Trainers are hosting small groups consisting of no more than 9 Campers. Updates are happening quickly, so make sure and check to see which locations are still running Camp before you head out. Want to tune in virtually? Your Trainer is likely hosting a Facebook Live during their Camp, so you can tune in! Learn more about the safety measures we’re taking at Camp.

If you complete a #HustleFromHome workout, make sure to let your Trainer know! Text, DM or email them with a sweaty selfie after you finish the workout. They’ll make sure your check-in is recorded!

You will complete 4 sets of each agility round before moving on to the next round. Once you’ve completed all 4 sets of all 4 rounds, you’ll move on to the strength portion. Part 1 of the strength workout involves tempo style movements. You’ll complete 8 reps of both exercises 4 times before moving on to part 2. STRENGTH, AGILITY & MORE STRENGTH
In this workout, you’ll complete 2 strength exercises, 2 times through before moving on to the agility exercises of the round. Once you’ve completed the agility exercises you’ll go back to the 2 strength exercises and go through them 2 more times. Once completed, move on to round 2. (i.e.) Compound movements performed with heavy weight. Consider using heavier dumbbells or using 2 dumbbells for 1-arm movements.Read More
