Camp Gladiator is more than a fitness boot camp, it’s an experience. GLADIATOR BEGINNINGS

Ally Davidson tried out for the NBC hit show American Gladiator on her wedding day, four hours before the ceremony. Ally’s athleticism and spirit qualified her for the show and in a surprising turn of events the producers liked her story so much that they decided to do a couple’s episode and invited both Ally and Jeff to compete. After returning from their honeymoon, the couple spent four weeks in LA on a Gladiator Honeymoon competing on the show. Ally dominated the competition and went on to win the Grand Championship. Ally and Jeff used the winnings to start Camp Gladiator and both continue to set the model and motto to Live Adventurously.

WORKOUTS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

All fitness levels are welcome and the program allows campers to go at their own pace.

No two work-outs will be the same, campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Most of the drills are timed to allow all fitness levels to get the best workout possible. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the workout starts and must sign-in for each session they attend. No admittance is allowed into a camp session without signing a waiver and being registered.

Attend ANY and ALL locations for four weeks at one low price. All workouts are one hour and campers are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.

WEATHER PLAN

No need to worry about weather because we never cancel a camp. Never. Rain, shine, sleet or snow, there will be a trainer present to greet you with a big CG smile! Classes may be relocated due to weather issues in accordance to alternate locations assigned for such circumstances. Every location has a covered area or alternate area where camp can be held if needed due to weather. Camp Gladiator is rain or shine! Alternate locations are used as needed due to weather and events that cause occupancy of the regular location unusable. The trainer at each location will determine when to use the alternate location. See your trainer for details.

REGISTRATION

All camp registrations must be submitted through CG Nation (online or trainer iPad app) or via CG Registration Forms, registration is not done by a third-party source or partners. Only credit cards and checks made out to Camp Gladiator are accepted forms of payment, no cash allowed. All transactions are final. No refunds. Registration transfers will only be allowed for documented medical issues. For questions please contact customerservice@campgladiator.com.

CG BOLD requires agreement to the contract, without agreement payment will not be processed. CG BOLD campers must fulfill a minimum of six or twelve consecutive months.

CONTRACT TERMS

CG BOLD NEW CAMPER CONTRACT TERMS:
1. YES, I AGREE TO A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LEVELS TO BE PAID BY AUTOMATIC DRAFT FROM MY CREDIT CARD, WITH PAYMENTS TO BE DEDUCTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS. I hereby agree to the following terms of membership, for myself, or by my child if child is under 18. Children must be 14 years or older to become members of CG and have parental permission.
2. MEMBERSHIP LEVEL DETAILS: BOLD 12+ per month, 12 month minimum commitment auto-renewing, 2 freezes per 12 months; BOLD 6+ per month, 6 month minimum commitment auto-renewing, 1 freeze per 12 months
3. Depending on your membership selection above you are agreeing to minimum of 6 or 12 consecutive payments under the CG BOLD program. In order to enter into the CG BOLD program using this form you must have already paid for a Camp.
4. MEMBERSHIP LEVEL CHANGE: You may switch from BOLD 6+ to CG BOLD 12+ at any time by agreeing to new contract terms. Your paid months under the BOLD 6+ membership will count towards your BOLD 12+ minimum 12 month commitment.
5. RENEWAL RULES/FREEZE ACCOUNT/TERMINATION: After your normal membership expires (6 or 12 months), your CG membership will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis. To cancel this membership after you have satisfied the minimum monthly commitment, you must provide written request to cancel. Your cancellation request must be received at least 10 days before your next payment is due by email, mail or fax (contact information below). Your account must be in good standing in order to cancel. If your account is in good standing you may freeze for one month either 1 or 2 times per year depending on your membership level. After the month freeze, your account will automatically be reinstated and your draws for credit card drafts will begin again. Frozen months do not count toward your minimum (6 or 12) month commitment. There is a $5.00 fee to freeze that will be applied to the cost of the month following the freeze. During a freeze you are not entitled to attend CG. Frozen memberships may not be cancelled.
6. INCREASE IN MONTHLY DUES: CG reserves the right to increase any monthly dues on an annual basis of up to 3% per year without requiring any member to re-execute any existing contract. Any increase over this amount will be agreed to in writing between the parties.
7. DEFAULT AND LATE PAYMENTS: If you are in default of any monthly payment obligation for more than 10 days, you agree to pay a late payment fee and you will be suspended from membership until you cure the default. You also agree to pay an additional service fee for any draft, credit card or payment by insufficient funds or rejected payment, in addition to the original payment. If you fail to cure a default within 10 days after notice of default, then CG will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance immediately due and payable under your contract and payments due may be accelerated. Upon payment of the full balance due, your membership may be reinstated. You agree to pay any further collection costs, allowable interest and collection agency fees, court costs and attorneys’ fees if incurred in collecting your account. You also agree to pay any fees for rejected credit card charges or debit card charges up to $30.00 per rejected or declined payment as well, which may be automatically deducted from your credit card as well.
8. MEDICAL POLICY: If you have a medically documented issue, please forward documentation to customerservice@campgladiator.com to receive additional information.
9. MOVING POLICY: If you are moving your residence 30 miles or more from any CG location and would like to cancel your Camp Gladiator membership, you must provide written request to cancel with a copy of dated documentation confirming your new address. Your written request to cancel and proof of move must be received by at least 10 days before your next payment is due by email, fax or mail.
10. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS: CG in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse to admit or request at any time that any member or member’s guest to leave the premises if any of the following rules are violated without any prior notice to member, and to update these rules. No member shall be disruptive, disorderly, loud, harassing, or abusive. No solicitation by members or guests is permitted in or around the CG location. No reckless use or abuse of the equipment will be allowed. Proper identification and proof of membership may be required by CG staff. 11. TERMINATION: Your membership may be automatically terminated if you fail to follow any term and condition of this contract including the posted rules onsite, if you fail to pay as agreed, or in the sole discretion of CG management your conduct is improper or harmful to the best interest of CG and its members. Termination is effective when you are provided a written notice to you personally or you receive a written notice at your address.
12. MEDIATION: You agree that you will submit any dispute you have with CG to mediation in an attempt to resolve it, prior to bringing any dispute against CG, its owners, agents, employees or assigns.

UPGRADE FROM $69/$79 DEAL CONTRACT:
I hereby agree to the following terms of membership, for myself, or by my child if child is under 18. Children must be 14 years or older to become members of CG and have parental permission. Please CHECK the appropriate membership OPTION.
1. YES, I AGREE TO A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TO THE CG BOLD PROGRAM TO BE PAID BY AUTOMATIC DRAFT FROM MY CREDIT CARD, WITH PAYMENTS TO BE DEDUCTED ON A MONTHLY BASIS, BEGINNING EITHER: Today if I have not paid for the current camp or the Monday of Off Week.
2. MEMBERSHIP DETAILS: CG BOLD $65 per month. By upgrading from the $69/$79 Deal to CG BOLD I am receiving a limited time only consideration regarding the length of the minimum commitment. This membership level requires a 12 month minimum commitment which is auto-renewing. By signing up today each camp I have completed under the $69/$79 Deal will count towards my new monthly commitment. Also, my minimum month commitment will only be 6 months. I do understand that I had at least one camp that was not part of the $69/$79 Deal commitment terms which occurred before my months on the Deal began. I also understand that I will receive an increase in freezes to 2 freezes per 12 months.

CAMP

Can I try out camp before I agree to purchase?
Yes! We encourage all interested campers to go to the location of their choice and speak with the trainer about any and all promotions they are currently offering. To find the location that will work best for you please visit our website at campGladiator.com and click “Locations” at the top of the screen for your city. We look forward to having you out at camp!

How long is each camp?
All camps are four weeks of unlimited sessions, Monday through Saturday, and each workout session is one hour. We ask that all campers arrive 10 minutes early to check-in.

One of the greatest perks of Camp Gladiator is that you have the ability to attend any and all locations throughout your registered camp dates! If you are a member, you are eligible to update all of your account information as prompted via email.

If I am registered in a certain city, can I attend sessions in another city or state?
Of course! We encourage you to experience as many of the unlimited sessions as possible. As always, please make sure you arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and don’t forget to introduce yourself to the trainer.

BOLD MEMBERSHIP

What is CG BOLD?
CG BOLD is Camp Gladiator’s exclusive membership with elite perks. Campers who sign up for BOLD receive the best possible deal and additional savings. Campers can choose BOLD 12+, $65 per month for a 12 month minimum commitment, or BOLD 6+, $75 per month for a minimum 6 month commitment. BOLD pricing is based on month to month payments, rather than camp to camp.

What are the benefits of becoming CG BOLD?
Campers who enroll in CG BOLD are on an elite membership with Camp Gladiator and receive our best price. In addition, campers receive I AM CG BOLD swag, discounts on CG merchandise and events (CG Games, CG Nutrition Challenge, CG Adventures), higher friend referral credits, enhanced freeze options, free CG BOLD workouts and VIP giveaways.

Can I become a CG BOLD member if I have been on previous $69/$79 Deal camper?
Yes. You can also upgrade online by signing into your Nation account. You can also become CG BOLD by filling out an upgrade form by contacting you trainer.

Will I have to start my contract over again once I upgrade from $69/$79 Deal to CG BOLD?
If you are a current registered camper on the $69/$79 Deal, your previous camps will count toward CG BOLD month commitments. For example, if you are $69/$79 Deal camper and have already been to four camps and would like to convert to a six month minimum CG BOLD 6+ membership, then you are only committed for two more months of camp, in other words, have two more payments of $75 to meet your contract.

Do I have to upgrade to CG BOLD if am I a $69/$79 Deal?
No, you do not have to upgrade. However, by joining CG BOLD you will be a part of an elite membership that offers exclusive benefits that you will not receive on the $69/$79 Deal, including, but not limited to discounts on CG merchandise and events.

What is my minimum month commitment if I join CG BOLD?
If you sign up for CG BOLD 6+, you must commit to a minimum of 6 months with Camp Gladiator. If you sign up for CG BOLD 55, you must commit to a minimum of 12 months with Camp Gladiator.

How many freezes will I get on CG BOLD?
Campers on BOLD 6+ membership will get one freeze per 12 months; campers on BOLD 12+ membership will get two freezes per 12 months.

If my spouse joins Camp Gladiator, will they receive a discount?
Yes. All BOLD campers are eligible for a spouse discount of up to 50% off. To receive the discount, both spouses must be on the same membership, in other words, both on BOLD 6+ or BOLD 12+. There are no guarantees which spouse will receive the discounted amount, this will depend on who is charged first. Please email customerservice@campgaldiator.com to link accounts before any charges are made to receive the discount. Once they are linked you will receive the discount.

What camp do I register for if I want to sign up on BOLD?
As a BOLD member, you are paying on a monthly basis. Due to this, you will be eligible to attend any camp while your payment is current. Remember, you can attend any and all locations as well.

Can I sign up for BOLD at camp?
Yes, your trainer will have the ability to sign you up for CG BOLD at camp. If you are a brand new camper you will be able to sign up for CG BOLD after having purchased one camp (via form or iPad app). If you are currently a camper on $69/$79 Deal, you can upgrade to BOLD at camp as well (via form or iPad app).

When will my payment date be if I am on a CG BOLD membership?
If you decide to upgrade to CG BOLD during a camp that you have already paid for then your payment draft date becomes the date of that camp’s Monday of Recovery Week. For example, if you upgrade during the January camp (Jan 6 – Feb 1) that was paid for on December 17, then you will not be charged for your first month until February 3 (Monday of Recovery Week). All future draft dates will be the 3rd of every month.

If you sign up for BOLD and have not paid for the current camp, then you will be charged immediately. That date will become your draft date for all future charges. For example, if you have not been to camp in 3 camps and enroll onto CG BOLD membership online on January 13, then all future draft dates will be the 13th of every month.

Can I change the day my payment is due?
If your are a BOLD member, you will have the ability to change your draft date as long as you have paid and want to move your draft date to an earlier date. For example, if your payment is due on the 28th you are able to change your draft date to the 25th. You will then be charged on the 25th of every month moving forward.
 
 
UPDATING MY MEMBERSHIP

Can I upgrade from CG BOLD 6+ TO CG BOLD 12+?
Yes. Campers can upgrade from BOLD 6+ to BOLD 12+, however, new contract terms must be signed either via the iPad or online.

Can I downgrade from CG BOLD 12+ to CG BOLD 6+?
Unfortunately, since you have signed a contract for a 12 month minimum commitment, you cannot downgrade to the CG BOLD 6+ contract which is only a 6 month commitment.

How do I cancel my membership?
We hope you continue with Camp Gladiator! In order to get full cancellation instructions and to ensure you have met your contractual obligations, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@campgladiator.com or call us at 512.494.6966 x6.

CG ONLINE

Why doesn’t the website work for me?
To have the best experience on our website we recommend using a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer does not provide a consistent experience to our campers and therefore we recommend using another browser.

How do I log in to my account if I can’t remember my password?
If you need to reset your password please follow the “Forgot Password” link located at the bottom of the login screen. A new password will be randomly generated and emailed to you. You may change your password to one that is more convenient for you to remember after you log back into your account by clicking the “View & Edit” on your account home screen.

How do I get my PIN so I can check-in at camp?
The PIN number is a four digit security code created for CG accounts. You will need this security code to check-in at camp. You may change your PIN at any time by logging into your CG account and clicking on “View & Edit” from your account dashboard. Your current security PIN is located under the “General Information” tab of your account.

How can I add or update credit card information on my CG account?
There are a number of options to update your billing information.
• Access your CG account at nation.campgladiator.com/users/login and edit your billing profile with your updated payment method, under “View & Edit” and “Billing Information”
• Create a payment profile while purchasing a camp by clicking on “Add Card” and completing the billing information fields
• Update your billing profile directly at camp with your Trainer
• Contact the Customer Service Department by phone and update directly with one of our Customer Service Representatives (512)494-6966 x6
